About us

ILS is a father and son team with combined experience in the field of Labour Law of more than 60 years. ILS is a unique, labour relations advisory service for small, medium-sized and larger businesses to make labour legislation user friendly, understandable, practical, affordable and accessible.

Our team consists of Dirk Ackermann, who has been in the field since the late 1980’s, and Louis Ackermann, who started working with him in 2002.

With our experience in Human Resources, Training and Labour Law, we offer an efficient, effective and professional service. It is our passion to assist employers to iron out their day-to-day issues they encounter with their employees.
